C++ and Xt Widget Class Creation: In
addition to including all the capabilities of XFaceMaker/IDT and
XFaceMaker/IL, XFaceMaker/UIMS generates both C++ classes and Xt Widget
classes. Simple design a portion of the interface and you can generate
the C code for the entire class, C code which can be used as if had been
hand coded. This provides fantastic savings: ten-fold, even fifty-fold
advantage over direct coding.
Immediate productivity: Generated
widget classes are also available for immediate use in the tool without
the need for external linking operation for using the class as required
by other tools. The new class can then be used like any other Motif
class for use in the interface or for building new templates or new
classes.
C++ Wrappers: XFacemaker/UIMS
generates C++ wrappers for the Xt classes in your preference of Rogue
Wave (View.h++) NSL or your own, custom style.
